How ACERMsi works.
Hybrid Nexus
Live screen sessions and direct system adjustments run through ACERMsi Hybrid Nexus, our secure Windows app. You decide what to allow, and each permission is separate:
- Smart automation lets our AI make approved adjustments to your computer. It never sees your screen.
- A live session lets an ACERMsi technician view your screen, only while you allow it, and you can end it anytime.
Advice and guidance in chat are always available, without installing the ACERMsi Hybrid Nexus.
Architecture
Each ACERMsi account runs on its own dedicated AI agent, powered by Grok. That agent holds a persistent profile of your environment: hardware, OS versions, network topology, installed software, and full support history. The profile is stored with your account, not on your device, so it carries over to replacement hardware and can guide the migration.
Isolation
The account number is the security boundary. Each agent has its own credentials, its own data store, and its own device registrations. Every request is checked against the account it belongs to, and no data crosses accounts.
Control
The agent handles triage, diagnostics, and guided care on its own. Any change to a system needs your explicit approval, and our technicians handle escalations, hands-on work, and review.
Records
Sessions, tickets, and changes are logged with timestamps. Profiles are backed up daily and after each completed session, and you can export the logs at any time.
